Shipping policy

We offer Standard UK Delivery for £3.99 (free on orders over £50), which typically arrives in 2–4 working days. Need it sooner? Choose Express Delivery for £6.99 to receive your order in 1–2 working days (order by 1pm, Mon–Fri).

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking where available. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, allow 2 extra working days before contacting us. For missed deliveries, follow the instructions from your courier to rearrange or collect your parcel.
